leave no idea behind!

You have this great idea just when you nearly fall asleep. Then you wake up in the morning and it's gone. Chances to end world hunger by next year have gotten a bit smaller unfortunately.

Well, not anymore more in 2010. Because that's where the 'ejpeg >> boon means business' idea catcher®' comes in. A handy little fellow with pages of sheer white space to jot down all your good ideas. (And the bad ones too. Just sort 'em out later ;-)

They will be distributed in the coming weeks and if you haven't gotten one by mid January let me know, I'll send you one for free*. As for now; an inspired 2010!

*Sorry! Due to high demand they're all gone…

make your organisation run better

“All organizations now say routinely that people are our greatest asset
Yet few practice what they preach, let alone truly believe it.”

- Peter Drucker -

At InfoCapital they help you get the best out of your organisation. To give you an idea of what they can do for you, this brochure was developed. Years of experience, tens of trainings & courses and lots of in's, out's and what-have-you's; it's all there. Call them and improve your organisation. Put into words by the Dutch master: Jan Jaap Omvlee and designed by yours truly.

united by music

Filmmaker Michel Drenthe and his crew did a wonderful job on their film 'United by Music'. A film about the Curacao part of the 'Barbulètè' (Butterfly) tour by the Ricciotti Ensemble and Izaline Calister. It was even nominated at the Moondance Filmfestival in Boulder, Colorado. So it is no wonder that ejpeg >> boon means business was proud and honored to be asked to design the title sequence of the film and the artwork for the poster and accompanying DVD.

hunting down your perfect house

The real estate market on Curacao can be a maze and feel like a trap. That's why Curacao Inspection Trip makes it easy for potential house buyers from overseas. They'll hunt down your perfect house: all you have to do is fly in and have a look. They have a nose for it, so satisfaction guaranteed. Based on the logo and website designed by Spin and SEO'd by Merlin this idea was made. It really stands out alongside all those run of the mill real estate ads and has already triggered several leads.

renting tools is fun!

When asked to make a campaign to introduce Rent It All (a company that rents heavy duty tools to builders) as a new Fun Miles partner, a cliché suddenly became pretty useful. It's a calender and also a Fun Miles ad. It features a fine looking foxy lady to boot. Make some room on the wall, gents. A joint venture with De Schrijfkeizer once again. Picture taken by Carlo Walle.

a mac; that's what!

Absolute Computers & Services has become official Apple Authorized Reseller & Apple Authorized Service Center and they're darn proud of it too (and they should be). This ad let's everybody know that there's a fresh dealer on Curacao. Added was a Direct Mailer. A box with two real apples, a letter and a business card; to be sent to prospects. Buy a Mac, people.

they're gigant fun miles and they're moving fast!

Yet another gas station on Curacao has joined the ever growing Fun Miles family. Gas station Sta. Rosa has the honor this time. Or Sta. Reuza as it will be referred to after this campaign, letting everybody know it's a free ride at Sta. Rosa as well. Based on those seventies monster film posters. Copy by De Schrijfkeizer of course.

it's so beautiful!

Seeing how beautiful your interior has become brings out very primal emotions. Project Interiors wanted to have a broad campaign to showcase all the exclusive brands and products they carry. And to position themselves as the interior experts at the same time. Co-creator: De Schrijfkeizer.

your business ally

When doing business the playing field is not always level nor fair. Then it's good to know you can count on having your bank on your side; SFT Bank. A collaboration with De Schrijfkeizer & Daphne Pas. Extra thnx to Michel Drenthe!

fun within your reach!

Fun Miles Aruba wanted a catchy design for a bus. Inspired by FM's pay off 'Fun within your reach!' this idea was born. Armed with his Fun Miles card this man has an extraordinary reach to grab all the fun symbolized by the logos of FM's many Aruban partners. Special praise for Robert Eman and his team from Art&Design Aruba.

hiper hopi sen pa bo kas!

For the Mortgage Dept. of the MCB Bank: a campaign that is fresh and out of the ordinary, while still having that 'good life appeal'. Again a joint venture with De Schrijfkeizer (copy/concept), with the indispensable help & skills of Zoom AV, Carlo Walle and Jolanda Smulders. Below are some campaign items and a small look behind the scenes.

PS Hypotek is Papiamentu for mortgage. Hiper means hyper.

Gas is not getting cheaper, but by redeeming your Fun Miles at participating gas stations, you can ride for free! Credits to De Schrijfkeizer (copy) and Carlo Walle (photography). For added fun I've also included the original sketch, an ad and a picture of the actual billboard.

stick to your knitting.

Your pension is nothing to fool around with. It's something you'd better leave in the skilled hands of a professional. Entrepeneurs who know what's their expertise and especially what is not, go to Coby van Roest! So do the De Schrijfkeizer (copy) and myself. Also included is the original photo and some behind the scenes pics. Many thanks to Amal Hammoud (photography) and George Tielen (Blue Skies helicopters)!
